Erroneous Door or Floor Number

Door numbers and floor numbers may be modified by the HA User. Door number refers to the apartment number on the door in a Multi-family/Walkup or Elevator Structure. Floor number refers to the floor level of the unit's entrance. Access the unit tab and select the unit by clicking its unit number at the left side of the screen. In the screen below, enter the new or door number and/or floor number and click "Save" (lower right corner). You may have to scroll down and to the right to see the "Save" button.



After making the changes, submit the data in IMS-PIC to the Field Office for approval. You will be notified when it has been approved.
