Writing an Acceptance Letter

Important Advice

Congratulations! After negotiating with multiple partners and weighing the different options, you finally found a bid that will provide you with ENERGY STAR qualified products for your housing. The acceptance letter can serve as notification that the offer was received and detail immediate next steps.

Sample Letter

Dear John Doe,

I received your company's bid and I am happy to accept your offer for 50 ENERGY STAR qualified refrigerators at $300 each. As detailed in the document sent by your company, this arrangement will include shipping the new refrigerators to each designated location and hauling and recycling of the old units.

I will call you next Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. to confirm this arrangement and work out the additional details. I look forward to working with you.
