of public housing rentals, tax credit rentals, market-rate rentals, and homeownership
units. StatusLMHA signed its MTW agreement with HUD in August
1999. LMHA was created in 2003, as the Housing Authority of Louisville and Jefferson

of residents making progress toward self sufficiency.

- Expand
the special dispersal of assisted housing.
- Reduce and/or reallocate administrative,
operation, and/or maintenance costs.
- Enhance housing authority capacity
to plan and deliver effective programs.
