Capital Fund Guidance for MTW Sites List

Capital funding for MTW sites is calculated according to the definitions provided in Attachment A of each MTW agency's MTW Agreement with HUD. Per Attachment A for each MTW site, the PHA's formula characteristics and grant amount continue to be calculated in accordance with applicable law and regulations throughout the duration of the MTW Agreement.
