Moving to Work (MTW) Block Grant Site Plan and Report Requirements

The MTW Demonstration sites that were granted block grant funding flexibility are required to submit an annual MTW Plan and Report. The Annual MTW Plan is due 60 days prior to the beginning of the agency's fiscal year, and the Annual MTW Report is due to HUD 75 days after the end of the previous fiscal year. The elements that are required in the MTW Annual Plan and Report are available as a MS-Word Document.
