Alternate Procurement for MTW Sites

- -
 Information by State
 Print version

Several MTW sites have been granted a waiver for the implementation of alternate procurement policies using the flexibilities allowed under the MTW Agreement. The PHA is required to submit to HUD a "good cause justification" for the waiver of the standard procurement regulation.

Samples of approved good cause justifications provided for sites' alternate procurement policies may be found in the following MTW Agreements:

 -   Atlanta Housing Authority MTW Agreement
 -   King County Housing Authority MTW Agreement
 -   Oakland Housing Authority MTW Agreement
