1. In Exhibit C: Program Schedule, when should we assume the Grant Agreement will be executed?

Since HUD must obligate these funds by September 30, 2004, please use that date.

2. Section VI (A)(1) of the demolition section of the NOFA states that "Units identified for demolition in a previously awarded HOPE VI Revitalization grant are not eligible to apply for HOPE VI demolition funding under this NOFA." For the purposes of this second round of funding, are FY 2003 HOPE VI Revitalization grantees now considered 'previously awarded' grantees? 

Yes. These units are not eligible.
