applications are reviewed and approved by the SAC. |

Public Housing Agency (PHA) Plan: Establishes the requirements
for the development, submission, review and approval of a PHA
agency plans as required by section 9(A) of the United Sates
Housing Act of 1937, as amended. The PHA Plan includes a statement
on Capital Improvements. Under the regulation, a PHA cannot
receive its Capital Fund grant unless the Field Office has approved
of its Annual PHA Plan. |
