Public Housing Modernization Standards Handbook This handbook provides design, construction and environmental criteria for the modernization of the nations' existing public housing stock. These standards establish a uniform basis for evaluating the physical condition and energy efficiency of the public housing stock to determine current rehabilitation needs.

Forms

Form HUD 52840 - A (3/20/02) - Capital Fund Program (CFP) Amendment to the Consolidated Annual Contributions Contract (HUD 53012)

PHA is required to sign a separate ACC amendment for each annual formula grant including all bonuses, replacement housing grants and emergency/disaster grants. The ACC amendments for FY 2002 were sent to PHAs in April 2002. The ACC Amendment is normally transmitted to PHAs with the annual executive directors' letters. (Post actual 1 page form.)
