PHAS High Performer list for 2008 Capital Fund Allocation

The Department is finalizing its preparations for calculating the Capital Fund formula for 2008. In accordance with 24 CFR 905.10(j) it will be including performance reward funding for PHAs designated as high performers under the Public Housing Assessment System (PHAS) in this year’s allocation. The Department will be using PHAS designations from the following PHA fiscal year ends: 12/31/05, 3/31/06, 6/30/06 and 9/30/06. PHAs can validate whether they are on the High Performer list that will be the basis for the formula calculation by reviewing the linked 2008 High Performer list spreadsheet. (MS-Excel, 199 KB)
The spreadsheet lists only PHAs that are designated as high performers (it lists the Housing Authority Code, the Housing Authority Name and the City/State of the housing authority). If a PHA believes there is an error in the list, it must submit an e-mail to PIHOCI@hud.gov no later than February 22, 2008 to alter the calculation of the formula.
