The transition analysis has been updated to incorporate 45 additional PHAs that were excluded earlier due to inadequate data. There are 14 PHAs that are not reflected in the updated transition report. These 14 PHAs represent either Moving-to-Work block grant agencies that are decliners and are not impacted by transition or PHAs with inadequate data.
