The Excel version of the Financial Data Schedule (FDS) for asset management, previously posted, is now available in “un-locked” format. To un-lock the worksheet, first “save” the FDS workbook and by assigning it a file name; from within this Excel file, go to the “Tools” command, select “Protection”, then select “Unprotect Worksheet”. This will allow the user to enter account specific data, which will be auto-calculated into the appropriate fields. Please note that the FDS may be subject to some minor modifications prior to its anticipated September 22, 2008, system release. However, this Excel version of the FDS may assist PHAs as they prepare for their year-end submissions.
