Overview

The WtW leasing requirement poses an administrative challenge, even for high-performing PHAs with successful leasing rates. This requirement is particularly difficult for PHAs whose WtW voucher award represents a significant increase in overall program size or for PHA's that experience high turnover. To assist with this challenge, this page provides resources to assist PHAs with leasing WtW vouchers.
