Lease-up Reports - Welfare to Work Vouchers

Overview

Leasing reports serve as a tool to examine the progress of WtW housing voucher programs. These reports are based on interviews with technical assistance providers and detail current lease-up rates and success stories for voucher programs around the country.

The WtW Housing Voucher Web site provides summaries of these reports to inform PHAs and other program staff about the overall status of the program. Selected reports also highlight specific program techniques that have been effective in implementing the WtW Voucher Program.
