2009 Set-Aside Awards

The fiscal year 2009 Appropriations Act for the Department provided for a set-aside of Housing Assistance Payments renewal funds of up to $100 million, to be used to adjust renewal funding allocations for public housing authorities (PHA) for specific purposes set forth in the Act. The processes for awarding these funds were set forth in PIH Notices 2009-13 and 2009-26. The attached file identifies the total funding that has been awarded under each category of the set-aside, as well as the PHAs receiving the awards and the individual amounts.
