What is the Annual Performance Report

The Annual Performance Report (APR) is a self-assessment prepared by the recipient of an Indian Housing Block Grants (IHBG). The APR is required by Section 404 of the Native American Housing Assistance and Self Determination Act of 1996 (NAHASDA); regulations for the program are published at 24 CFR Part 1000.

Form HUD - 52735-AS, Annual Performance Report, is the format provided for completing the APR. The APR may be submitted electronically either as an attachment to an electronic mail message or on a diskette mailed to the local ONAP office. The APR may also be submitted in a paper format by mail to the local ONAP office.
