What's new about Davis-Bacon posters?

Did you know that the Davis-Bacon poster
(WH-1321) has been revised???

The Department of Labor (DOL) has published a revised job site poster advising laborers and mechanics of their rights under the Davis-Bacon and Related Acts. The new poster is available in English and Spanish and can be accessed from both the DOL and HUD Office of Labor Relations websites.

The Davis-Bacon poster, and a copy of the applicable Davis-Bacon wage decision, must be displayed at the job site of every project subject to Davis-Bacon wage requirements. The poster and wage decision must be protected from the elements and displayed in a prominent and accessible place where it may be easily seen by employees.

Here are direct links to the English and Spanish versions of the new poster:

In addition, you may order up to 10 hard copies of the poster by telephone at (888)9-SBREFA or by email at Contact-OSBP@dol.gov.

Please contact the HUD Labor Relations staff for your area if you have any questions about labor standards requirements in HUD programs. A list of the Labor Relations field staff, the jurisdictions they serve, and contact information can be found at our web site by following this link: www.hud.gov/offices/olr/laborrelstf.cfm.
