Department of Labor: Prevailing Wage Conferences

Prevailing Wage Conferences

The Wage and Hour Division will host three Prevailing Wage Conferences in September. The conferences will address issues associated with the administration and enforcement of the Davis-Bacon Act, McNamara O’Hara Service Contract Act, and the labor standards provisions of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.

Upcoming Prevailing Wage Conferences will be held in Long Beach, California from September 15-17; San Antonio, Texas from September 22-24,; and Boston, Massachusetts from September 29 through October 1.

You may now pre-register for these conferences by sending an email with your name, title, organization, email address, telephone number and desired conference location to whdarra@dol.gov. You will be notified of the conference location and hotel information as soon as it becomes available.

There is no fee for attending these conferences, however, space is limited.
