There are several different sets of regulations that govern procedures for the cases that we hear.

Fair Housing Cases are heard under 24 CFR Part 180 Subpart B (24 CFR 180.100 - 180.805).

Suspension, debarment and limited denial of participation (LDP) actions are heard under 24 CFR Part 24 (24 CFR 24.100 - 24.714) using the hearing procedures set forth in 26 CFR Part 26 Subpart A (24 CFR 26.1 - 26.26).

Mortgagee Review Board cases are heard under 24 CFR Part 25 (24 CFR 25.8)
using the hearing procedures set forth in 26 CFR Part 26 Subpart A (24 CFR 26.1 - 26.26).

Civil money penalty cases are heard under 24 CFR Part 30 (24 CFR 30..1 - 30.100) using the hearing procedures set forth in 26 CFR Part 26 Subpart B (24 CFR 26.27 - 26.54).

Program Fraud Civil Remedies cases are heard under 24 CFR Part 28 (24 CFR 28.1 - 28.45) using the hearing procedures set forth in 26 CFR Part 26 Subpart B (24 CFR 26.27 - 26.54).

Cases heard on assignment from other government agencies will be heard under the regulations applicable to those agencies.
