This site contains all decisions by the Office of Administrative Law Judges in HUD cases arising under the Fair Housing Act, as amended, and other regulations. The site does not contain subsequent orders or decisions regarding these cases that may have been issued by the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development or the federal courts of the United States. Therefore, a case decision found at this site does not necessarily represent the final disposition of the case.

Fair Housing cases are organized alphabetically in two ways: by case name (identified by the name of the first respondent (and only the first respondent)) and by case category, i.e., race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, national origin, and attorney fees. Decisions that fall into more than one category are listed in each.

All other cases are listed alphabetically under the type of case (suspension, civil money penalty, etc.).
