	fr21ja98 - This final rule clarifies the RESPA rules relating to disbursements from escrow accounts and payment shock concerns. The rule also clarifies that servicers must make timely payments, on or before the deadline to avoid a penalty.
	fr15no96 - This final rule withdraws the CLO exemption, provides a format for the affiliated business arrangement disclosure form and conforms the regulations to technical changes in recent legislation. It becomes effective January 14, 1997. Appendix D and Appendix E are here too.
