Homeowner Information

 Information by State
 Print version

For persons interested in purchasing a manufactured home or for those who already own a manufactured home, the Office of Manufactured Housing Programs provides the consumer with resources related to the purchase, set-up, and maintenance of a manufactured home, the standards, regulations, and statutes that govern manufactured housing. In addition to these programs, there is recourse for homeowners to resolve complaints through the State Administrative Agency or through dispute resolution.
