Mailing Address and Authority to Make Electronic Payments

Effective November 9, 1998, all land sales registration fees should be mailed to HUD's lockbox at the following address:

Atlanta, GA 30384-0655

Each check should include on its face the name of the developer and subdivision for which the fee is being paid and the OILSR or registration number, when known.

Do not mail documents to this address. Instead, registration material should still be mailed to:

HUD is currently working on a procedure to accept electronic payments in the near future. We welcome your comments and questions regarding electronic payments.
