Agencies Participating in HUD's Housing Counseling Program:

Form HUD-9902 Reporting  
All Agencies participating in HUD’s Housing Counseling Program are required to electronically 
submit, through HUD's Housing Counseling System (HCS), Form HUD-9902 reporting all 
counseling and education activity, through all sources of funding, for the period 10/1/07 - 
9/30/08, Fiscal Year (FY) 2008.

HCS Open for Late Submissions
Our records indicate that recipients of this message have not yet submitted their Form HUD-9902 
for FY08.  The deadline for submission was 12/31/08.  

HUD has configured HCS to continue to receive form HUD-9902 submissions through January 
31, 2009.  It is critical that you submit your report by this date.  While these submissions will be 
considered late, failure to submit Form HUD-9902 may result in your agency’s removal from 
HUD’s Housing Counseling Program.

Agencies can access HCS through HUD's website at
