Appraiser Selection by Lender Help

The Appraiser Selection by Lender function allows users to request basic statistical information regarding the appraisers that lenders have selected to perform appraisals for FHA cases during the most recent quarter. The list can be requested for a specified lender name or for all lenders in a specified state or city.

<PartyName>		 Up to 30 alphanumeric characters Full or partial name of the lending instituition for which the list is requested.

<City>		 Up to 19 alphanumeric characters Full or partial name of the city for which the list is requested.

Information Returned:

Using the above input fields, the Appraiser Selection by Lender request will be processed or rejected. The results of the request will be displayed in the <ProcessStatusCode> field and will indicate either "Error" or "Success". When an error occurs, a message pertaining to the error will be displayed in the <ProcessStatusMessage> field.

<DemographicDistribution>		 Indicates number of FHA-registered lender roster appraisals. This coincides with all of the minority, GenderType and type attributes.

Success This indicates that the query for Appraiser Selection by Lender was processed, that is, the query has been successful.
Error This indicates that an error has occurred during the process. Either there were missing data or the data was in error. Please see the ProcessStatusMessage for details.
