Please be advised that if your record is not up to date in the Appraisal Subcommittee's National Registry, it will not be updated, renewed or reinstated in the FHA Connection.

If you had an FHAC ID and do not remember your FHAC User ID, please type APPRAISER FHAC ID in the subject line AND include your full name, phone number, address and email address in the text. Send to AppraiserFHACid@hud.gov. You will be contacted by phone. Do not send any other business to this mailbox as it will be deleted without response.
