In
preparation for the Manufactured Home Installation Program, states
are required to complete and submit a State Installation Certification
Form HUD-312
for HUD to certify the state program.
For an individual, firm or organization to train installers to operate
in HUD-administered states, the training organization must complete
and submit the HUD Manufactured Home Installation Trainer Registration
Application, HUD-308,
for HUD to certify the trainers and training program.
