Federal Register Notice FR-4770-N-02 advises the public that HUD is revising Handbook 4350.3 REV-1, "Occupancy Requirements of Subsidized Multifamily Housing Programs." HUD invites interested parties to comment on the revisions. This web page will be removed C.O.B. August 2, 2005. The Comment Due Date is August 9, 2005.
