Listing of Section 8 Contracts

The listed contracts are for states where HUD has executed an Annual Contribution Contract (ACC) with a performance-Based Contract Administrator (PB-CA), and the PB-CA has begun to perform the Section 8 administrative services. The list of assigned contracts can be downloaded as an Adobe Acrobat file or as an Excel file. This information will be updated periodically as (1) additional ACCs are executed; (2) existing ACCs are amended and (3) additional contracts are assigned to the PB-CA.
