Physical Inspection Scores by State

HUD assesses the physical condition of all HUD related multifamily projects pursuant to its regulations. The attached list shows the inspection results of the most recent inspection. If you have questions relative to these inspections, please contact your local HUD Multifamily Office.

Data, as of December 31, 2010, for Project Physical Inspection Scores can be downloaded as a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet or in a Portable Document Format (pdf) file:
