Previous Participation, Bid Kit and Mailing List

Previous Participation - Form HUD 2530
HUD's Active Partners Performance System (APPS) allows for the electronic submission of Previous Participation Certification, Form HUD 2530, on HUD's Secure Systems Internet site. Registration to use HUD's APPS and Secure Systems is a two step process. You will need to follow the Instructions for registering for both "Secure Systems" and APPS on the Active Partners Performance System (APPS) web site in order to login to APPS through Secure Systems.

Bid Kits
It is the responsibility of the prospective purchaser to print the Information and Bid Kit in its entirety. The forms required to bid on a particular property and complete purchase, will be specified in the Table of Contents at the beginning of each property's kit.

Then return to this page to download the kit. As a subscriber, you will be notified by email about each new sale, sale cancellations, extensions and changes. If you are currently receiving an email each time a property becomes available for sale, you are already a subscriber.
