Neighborhood Networks technical assistance is only a call or a click away, 24 hours a day. Whether you are dealing with a critical problem, looking for practical tips and successful strategies in funding and grant writing, developing a business plan, building a consortium, or creating partnerships with local or regional organizations, the information is right here.

In addition to providing information directly, Neighborhood Networks technical assistance services offer opportunities for center staff to share ideas and to establish peer-to-peer networking relationships between centers.

Neighborhood Networks technical assistance resources for centers include:

 -   A toll-free 24-hour Information Center Hotline at (888) 312-2743 (with voicemail and next-day callback outside business hours). The hearing impaired may access this number via TTy by calling the Federal Information Relay Service at (800) 877-8339.
 -   The Strategic Tracking And Reporting Tool (START), the new online business plan development tool.
 -   Online networking with other centers.
 -   Center-to-center mentoring.
