Neighborhood
Networks is about people, opportunity, and quality of life. Its purpose
is to open the door to computer access and learning to residents of
HUD housing. But Neighborhood Networks is more than that. It's about
access to education, computer technology, job-skills development,
employment opportunities, and health and social services for all residents
of HUD housing--children, adults, and seniors--who want programs,
services, and activities available to them where they live.
