Neighborhood Networks is about people, opportunity, and quality of life. Its purpose is to open the door to computer access and learning to residents of HUD housing. But Neighborhood Networks is more than that. It's about access to education, computer technology, job-skills development, employment opportunities, and health and social services for all residents of HUD housing--children, adults, and seniors--who want programs, services, and activities available to them where they live.

Click on the links to the right to find out how Neighborhood Networks offers residents the chance to lead satisfying and productive lives.
