This is a three-section toolkit for building and maintaining partnerships to strengthen communities.

Community Partnerships with Youth, Inc.

Community Partnerships with Youth, Inc. (CPYInc), is a nonprofit national training and resource development organization that promotes youth involvement by encouraging organizations to develop partnerships with youth leaders.

QUILT Partnership Tools

The QUILT Project offers partnership tools and materials, including principles for successful partnerships, checklists, sample agreements, and information on growing and shaping partnerships. The materials were designed for early education partnerships but are also applicable to CTCs.
