Neighborhood Networks Week 2008 Providing Resources, Producing Results

August 4-9, 2008

This summer celebration provided Neighborhood Networks centers with an ideal opportunity to host local events that promote center programs and services (resources) and spotlight center successes (results), as well as recognize the dedicated volunteers and partners that help make them successful.

Locally sponsored events included community outreach days, open houses, job and health fairs, carnivals, and grand openings help to increase community awareness about centers and showcase their impressive achievements.

National events included several virtual events scheduled throughout Neighborhood Networks Week.
