This document offers guidance toward the basic planning and implementation
of an outcomes-based evaluation process (also called outcomes evaluation)
for small nonprofit organizations with limited funding.

The site provides a search service for model programs and effective
approaches to social services, and a participatory evaluation service.
The site also offers a Workstation to help agencies develop strategic

fundraising plans, and grant applications; and a Repair Center that
focuses on helping organizations improve, create, and download surveys,
interviews, focus groups, questionnaires, data collection, and analytical
tools.
