August 2009 Conference Call—Centers Serving Smaller Communities: Maximizing Minimal Resources

- -
 Information by State
 Print version

Neighborhood Networks centers located in rural areas may not have access to the same amenities as those located in metropolitan areas. Public transportation may be limited, and local organizations may be isolated. However, while nearby resources may be minimal, these centers can still grow and increase sustainability by making the most of what is available. This conference call helps participants do just that by offering examples of successful centers based in rural areas and small communities.

The toll-free conference call number is (888) 556-5018.
