Opening a Neighborhood Networks center provides property owners and managers with numerous tangible benefits. Neighborhood Networks centers have been shown to make properties more attractive to potential renters and contribute to decreased security and upkeep costs.

Opening a Neighborhood Networks center is what business people call a "win-win" situation. While a center does help residents obtain the skills they need to achieve self-sufficiency, it also offers several rewards to property owners and managers. Owners and managers realize a return on their investment in a Neighborhood Networks center by:

 -   Making properties more attractive to
potential residents, thereby lowering
vacancy rates and tenant turnover.
 -   Increasing the self-sufficiency and financial
stability of residents.
 -   Decreasing security and upkeep costs by
giving residents a greater sense of pride and
a greater stake in the overall well being
of the community.
 -   Establishing mutually beneficial relationships
with residents and the local partners that work with the center.
