Benefits of Neighborhood Networks for Property Owners and Managers

- -
 Information by State
 Print version

Neighborhood Networks centers are an asset to property owners and managers in achieving success in their resident relations. To ensure the financial stability of their developments, owners and managers must now compete for residents who can be economically self-sufficient.

Property owners can benefit from the return on investment that having a Neighborhood Networks center on their property can provide. Many property owners and managers nationwide report that Neighborhood Networks centers give them an edge in marketing their properties, thus reducing vacancy rates and stabilizing the community. Housing owners and managers also report that Neighborhood Networks centers decrease incidents of property damage and graffiti by providing alternative structured activities for youth and young adults, and improve the enthusiasm and community spirit of the residents.
