Description:
Funding
is always a primary concern for Neighborhood Networks centers. Challenges
include maximizing funds already secured and seeking new sources
of support. Efficient financial planning helps with both objectives.
A well-crafted budget guides and supports center goals, and also
serves as reassurance to potential funders that their donations
are in good hands. Led by staff that prepare Neighborhood Networks
center budgets, this session will share examples of different budgets,
and offer various tools and strategies to help attendees create,
maintain, and assess actual budgets for their centers.
