Description:

Successful Neighborhood Networks centers often have one trait in common. Center staff and property owners and managers share a vision and work toward turning this vision into reality. In this session, Neighborhood Networks center staff and property owners and managers who have built a mutually beneficial relationship will share with participants the tactics they used to create a win-win balance between center staff and property management. Methods of effective communication and ways to address the concerns of both sides will also be discussed. The session will demonstrate to center staff and property owners and managers that their most valuable partners are each other.
