HUD
has approved grants to sponsors of new multifamily housing for the
elderly. These selections were made from FY 1996 applications, using
a competitive process. These properties are expected to be built and
ready for occupancy in about 18 to 24 months. If you are interested
in any of these projects, contact the sponsors for details on the
project(s).
