Reconciliation File Layout
The format of the Premium Rate field for the file layout effective October 1, 2008 was updated to accommodate the new monthly mortgage insurance premium rates.

September 2, 2008:

Portfolio File Layout
New formats for file downloading become effective October 1, 2008. There is a long and short version of the new Portfolio Layout. For both versions, the format of the Premium Rate field was changed. For the long version, a Case Number Assignment Date field and a "filler" field were added. A link to the version of the Portfolio Layout in effect through September 30, 2008 is provided.
