Connection to make corrections to case information submitted with
an upfront mortgage insurance premium (MIP) payment. Corrections can
only be made to the non-monetary information of active, nonendorsed
cases. If it is the first payment for a case, a correction via Case
Corrections cannot be made until the next business day. Corrections
can be made to the following information: - New
FHA Case Number
- Old
FHA Case Number (prior FHA-insured case)
- Closing
Date
- Mortgagee
ID (last five digits)
Case
Corrections is an option on the FHA Connection's Upfront Premium
Collection menu. For further information, see the Upfront
Premium Case Information module of the FHA Connection Guide [PDF]. |
