to process mortgage record changes or obtain the results of mortgage record change
transactions, error code descriptions, and directions for correcting errors, lenders
should go to the
FHA
Connection. If
a correction cannot be made through the FHA Connection, the lender can contact
HUD's Single Family Insurance Operations Division, Systems Management Branch,
Data Quality Control Section to obtain assistance with the following data quality
