Healthcare Loan Sale 2009
"HCLS
2009"
HUD
is pleased to announce Healthcare Loan Sale 2009, "HCLS 2009".
On December 16, 2009, an initial portfolio
of three (3) loans with an aggregate unpaid principal balance
of approximately $14.8 million will be offered for sale.
The portfolio includes non-performing mortgage loans secured primarily
by first liens on healthcare properties, including assisted living
and nursing homes. HUD will offer the loans individually and in
pools. HUD's Transaction Specialist is KDX, a joint venture between
KEMA Advisors and DebtX. The HCLS 2009 Bidder Information Package
(BIP) will be available the week of November 16th.

Agreement and Qualification Statement available at
