These links provide information for prospective bidders, homeowners, tenants and the general public concerning previous and potential upcoming single-family, multifamily and healthcare loans sale initiatives. The asset sale program began in 1994 with 25 successful sales to date.

HUD conducted its Multifamily & Healthcare Loan Sale, (“MHLS 2008-1”), on February 27, 2008.
