ONLINE SUBMISSION OF FORM HUD 60002

Recipient agencies have been encouraged to submit Section 3 Summary Reports (i.e. Form HUD 60002) using the online reporting feature from the Section 3 website.

It has come to our attention that some users may encounter technical difficulties when trying to submit reports online most likely due to software incompatibility. If you encounter such difficulties you may download the PDF version of form HUD 60002, also found on the Section 3 website, and submit it by email, fax or regular mail until the problem is resolved.
