Section 3 Model Programs

The Economic Opportunity Division recognizes recipient agencies that achieve the goals of Section 3 in the most exemplary manner. We are sharing their success stories to encourage similar effective strategies for compliance with the requirements of Section 3. Similarly situated recipient agencies can replicate the effective strategies employed by these distinguished high performers for the ultimate benefit of the residents that the program is designed to serve.
