REVISED

The class deviation originally issued on April 12, 2007 to implement the Partnership Agreement between the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) has been revised to clarify that SBA is the prime contractor and the 8(a) contractor is the subcontractor under the 8(a) contract. The clause at 2452.219-72, Section 8(a) Direct Awards (Deviation), has been changed to state this. Please note that the revised contract clause is now dated August 2007. The previous version is obsolete.

All other portions of the deviation remain unchanged.
