REMINDER FOR HUD CONTRACTORS

All HUD contractors whose contracts exceed $10,000 must:

	“comply with the rules, regulations, and relevant orders of the Secretary of Labor (Secretary) issued under the Vietnam Era Veterans’ Readjustment Assistance Act of 1972 (the Act), as amended,”
	“list all employment openings existing at contract award or occurring during contract performance, at an appropriate office of the State employment service system in the locality where the opening occurs,” * and
	make at least annual Federal Contractor Veterans' Employment Report (Standard Form VETS-100)
